About this Project

The game Hortus is specifically made for research purposes. It's already in its second version. We are interested in how to assess players' learning progress without interupting their play time. Furthermore we are interested if players' personality and the ability of logical thinking is reflected in the game play.

The game consists of 4 missions. In each mission, players learn something new. The learning is explorative and learning goals are not explicitly visible or explained.
